Do I need a card to start?
Yes. The card starts your 30 free days, and it is how we know a real person owns the site, so there is no review queue. Stripe holds it; nothing is charged for 30 days.
What happens on day 31?
If you keep it, $89 a month starts. If you cancelled before then, nothing is charged.
How do I cancel?
From your creator dashboard, any time, in a couple of clicks.
What do I get during the 30 days?
Your site built from your recipes at a Peristyle preview address you can share, and the admin to write in.
Can I move my WordPress site over without losing my domain or SEO?
Yes. Your recipes, images, and archives migrate, your domain stays, and your existing URLs are preserved so your search rankings carry over.
How does the AI paywall pay me?
You set a small fee for your structured recipe data. When apps, voice assistants, or meal planners pull it in the background, Peristyle collects the payment and sends it to you. Readers never pay; your site stays free to visit.
Do I need my own domain?
No. Keep the Peristyle address, or connect yours whenever you like.
Is there a yearly plan?
Yes. $890 a year, which is two months free compared with $89 a month. Pick it when you add your card; the first 30 days are free either way.
